We sift and knead making the pastry in small batches. Using custom tins, we mould the pie and fill it with high-quality natural ingredients. Then we bake – ready to be enjoyed.
There’s GLUTEN in the flour, butter MILK and vegetable fat in the pastry. Free range EGGS are used as a glaze, NUTS and SESAME may have been in contact with all pies. Although every care has been taken to remove bones from fish and shot from pheasant, some may remain.
To heat at home from fresh, place in centre of pre-heated oven for 15-18 minutes at 190°C. From frozen defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and then follow instructions ‘from fresh’
