Good food from the Scottish Borders. We make pies and we've been told they're pretty tasty – traditional meat, fish and vegetarian filled pastry pockets.

We’ve won 14 British Pie Awards in our two years attending. Including Champion Fish Class 2018 with our Cullen Skink Pie, Best Meat Pie Scotland 2018 with our Pork and Blue Cheese Pie and Champion Vegetarian Class 2019 with our Spinach, Goat Cheese and Sweet Potato Pie. We’ve also got a Two Star plus 2x One Star Great Taste Awards.

You can find our pies in shops, pubs and restaurants throughout the UK, including Fortnum & Mason of Piccadilly. Pies by Post can be bought online and are delivered throughout the UK mainland.

FRESH INGREDIENTS    All produce is responsibly sourced from sustainable farms. Our flour is grown and milled on one farm in East Lothian, and the pies are glazed with free range Scottish Border eggs.

HANDCRAFTED    The recipes make the most of their ingredients. Baked in delicious small batch buttery pastry, filled with fresh and tasty fillings. Slow-cooked beef, tender chicken, smoked Eyemouth haddock and vegetables full of goodness.

It doesn't stop at baking pies. We have a professional team of chefs to create your perfect menu and event staff that provide a relaxing atmosphere.

It doesn't stop at baking pies. We have a professional team of chefs to create your perfect menu and event staff that provide a relaxing atmosphere. 

We take private bookings for events ranging from buffet lunches to wedding receptions. We also have street food setups for all occasions. The team locally source speciality ingredients – creating fresh, balanced and tasty dishes. 

Full food and beverage management is available for large sporting events and festivals. We have an in-house buildout team, great friends with food trucks, alcohol licenses and of course coffee.

From traditional to the contemporary we're a creative and ambitious team. Alongside our pies we're developing new products and recipes all the time. Fresh, seasonal and local where possible. We have fun with what we do and think that comes out in our food.
